Transforming Village Administration Through Technology
SIMDEMA (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Desa) is a comprehensive web application designed to modernize village administration in Indonesia. The system helps village officials manage population data, correspondence, financial records, and public services in a centralized, easy-to-use platform. By digitizing manual processes, SIMDEMA reduces paperwork, improves data accuracy, and enables faster service delivery to villagers.
Challenge
Creating an intuitive system for non-technical users
The main challenge was designing a system that could be easily adopted by village officials with varying levels of digital literacy. We conducted extensive user research, simplified complex workflows, and created a clean, intuitive interface that minimizes the learning curve while maintaining powerful functionality for data management and reporting.
